2006-2013 - lawyer at EDAS Law Bureau (Moscow)
since December, 2013 – advocate of Moscow Advocate Chamber, has founded own Advocate Cabinet

  Experience:

• advised foreign investors in connection with acquisition of existing and future commercial real estate facilities, including retail, office and warehouse, carried out numerous due diligences, checking the titles on existing facilities, status and risks with regard to current development projects;
• advised Russian and foreign developers on land and town-planning legal issues;
• participated in the preparation of the arrangements with regard to the financing and construction of transport facilities in Moscow;
• advised the developers on the relations with the prime contractors and technical customers;
• advised major Russian investment company on the acquisition of the telecommunication assets such as telecom operators and contractors within Siberian Federal District.
